One of many great Feit LEDs
I am currently using 11 of these bulbs in two separate dimmed circuits. One has 4 bulbs on a dimmer, the other has 7. I have not had any issues with flickering or buzzing with these bulbs, even when dimmed very low. There is a slight delay, perhaps half a second, when they are switched on before the LEDs turn on, but you get used to it quickly. If you set the low end of your dimmer really low like I do, to the threshold of staying lit, you will have to boost the dimmer switch up a bit when you turn them on just to get them to fire on. Then you can dim them back to the lowest setting. Again, not a big deal.I use the following dimmer with all my Feit bulbs:http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004YUDBKIThe light output is very nice and bright, especially for such low wattage. Color temperature is supposed to be 3000K. I find this is perfect for home use. It's not as yellow as incandescents, but it's just warm enough to be inviting in a home environment. I prefer the slightly whiter color.Because the light source is actually composed of four separate LEDs, the focus is not perfectly crisp, but shadows look good to my eyes. If you're planning to just point these at the floor or along walls as I use them, I don't think you'll notice any irregularities assuming you keep them at least a foot or two from the wall (or whatever object/surface is casting a shadow).I recommend these Feit bulbs as well:http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008GO53YAhttp://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009BQUC1Q

Bulb Okay, Customer Service below Par!
I purchased two of these. I had some pot lights that used very small bulbs and these fit my need. The bulbs worked great when I screwed them in, but after 1 month of use one of the bulbs apparently burned out or quit working for some other reason. The bulbs appeared to be quality bulbs and frankly, I don't really have an issue with them because sometimes there are defects that even the best quality control can't catch. My complaint with these bulbs are not the bulbs themselves but with Feit. First I emailed their support center with appropriate information from my Amazon order to find out about returning the bulb which was under warranty for a replacement. I received a response which basically said, sorry we have to talk to you on the phone. Well although that was kind of a pain, I went ahead and called. When I called I wasn't home so even though I had sent them the order information from my Amazon order, I had to have the bulb in hand in order to move forward with the replacement. A couple of hours later when I got home, I called them again. At this time even though I gave them the same information once again over the phone, they told me that I had to ship the bulb back to them, with a copy of the receipt. Plus I had to pay for my own shipping. When I queried them about the postage, their answer was that they would throw a nightlight in with the replacement bulb to pay for shipping. The reality is that the staff at Feit were not very friendly and in fact acted like I was trying to scam them. I really didn't appreciate that. Maybe they had an issue with this in the past, but I find it hard to believe that they have a lot of customers who try to do that. Plus, dealing with other reputable companies, I normally get excellent customer service. At this point I paid for the $2.68 postage to send the bulb back. But, I don't think I'll be dealing with Feit in the future.

Very nice BUT expensive.
So far these are great lights. I'm no "Eco" nut by any means. But I replaced all of our kitchen recessed lights with these.Previously had the halogen PAR bulbs which would get quite hot. These never get hot. You can put your fingers right on the face while they are on.CONS: Expensive-remember to same the boxes so that you can send any back that do not last the length of thewarranty time.PROS: Cool to touch. Nice light. Brighter than my halogen lights. Also these are dimmable - using Lutron dimmers.

Decent light, but lasted only 9 months
I purchased two of these in April of 2013. They have worked reasonably well - putting out more light than the little LED lights that I replaced. BUT, one of the two quit working out today - about 9 months after purchase. Given the price and the claims of LED lighting in general, I expected more than 9 months! Before the failure I would have given 4 stars for the product - the light is still a bit too directional, and not as bright as a regular bulb, but not bad overall. Now that one has failed I give two stars, which is being kind...

Bright, Sorta Cheap, but has a delay.
It's hard to find a bright PAR 16 LED bulb, but this one fits the bill. It looks like it's equivalent to about a 45 watt halogen bulb with it's four LEDs. And it's priced right. Not bad. It's even warm enough to look like a halogen bulb. Although, it's a bit more of a spot light than the typical halogen bulb, which throws light in a wider angle. I haven't tried the dimming feature, so I can't comment on that. However, I can say that unlike most of the PAR 16 LED bulbs that I own, this one does not have an instant on feature. If fact, we find that the one second delay after turning the light switch on is very annoying, especially when installed next to other PAR 16's that are instant on. However, I've noticed that same, one second delay in other non-PAR 16 LED bulbs that I own that have dimming capabilities. Maybe that's the only way you can get a dimmable LED bulb - to have the delay. So the moral of the story is: don't get this bulb if you want it to turn on instantly and don't need the dimmable feature. And for heaven's sake, don't mix it with other LED bulbs that turn on instantly. Otherwise it's a good bulb.
