The media could not be loaded. After about a month, it slipped from top of alamara and fell on the ground, and the mount that holds the back wheel broke. I called their customer care, and they responded immediately, and they even sent me the parts for free. I’m fully satisfied with both their customer service and the product.

Although the product is good,,sturdy and good looking, and moreover quite comfortable to ride but the delivery/carrier agency firstly tried to avoid delivery, kept me busy calling them no. Of times but they tried to avade the delivery ,reason being they prefer to deliver small sized parcels and carrying large sized parcels is somewhat which they don't like considering the monetary gains associated with it...I complaint the Amazon customer service thrice about the non delivery and then cancelling the delivery of the product by the delivery team themselves without my consent and even notice. I must appreciate the customer care service/team of amazon , they promised me of the delivery at every cost against the wish of the carrier agency, and finally delivered at doorstep..thanks Amazon and specially your customer care service/team for showing concern.
