Q: How does this work? Do you put drops into drink and it foams? I was thinking of using it for cocktail hour for my wedding.

Basically, this is dried egg whites. You put some in a cocktail shaker when making a drinl like a whiskey sour and it makes some foam and give the drink a slight foamy texture. It doesn't foam by itself but the shaking foams it.

Grains of salt are to much for magarita's in my opinion

I didn't like how coarse the grains of salt were. And I love salt. Every time I licked the rim, the salt over flavored the margarita. So no I won't be ordering this again. But I may use it in cooking because aliyylr bit goes a long way.
