Is that a misprint when it says it transmits at 314 mhz ? If so then my other 315 mhz devices will not be affected? I like it if that is the case.

Other devices won't be affected. Transmitter and reliever are married. However a second unit may have the same marriage and the units could crosstalk.

It appears to only have 1 relay, so why 2 buttons?

One closes the relay. One opens it.

Doesn’t come with one, but the back of the PC board has markings for power and NO/Common/NC. Pretty straight forward.

Should the coiled antenna wire be stretched out?

There are Videos on YouTube that will guide you how to deploy this wonderful Remote. There are people who will tell you to stretch out the antenna coil. Stretching the coil made it difficult for the remote to communicate with the Relay. I lost that Relay. I used an antenna booster to bring the signal to near the pick-up coil in the Relay. My distance from Remote to Relay is 400 Yards. I use several of these in different locations.
