Sealey Vachose5M Vacuum Hose 5Mtr

This tubing is just under 35mm INTERNALdiameter. With softening in hot water for a few minutes it push-fits perfectly onto 35mm OUTSIDE diameter tubing and couplings and doesn't need a retaining clip. Ideal for small dust extraction systems. Other providers tend to sell this type of tubing in 1m lengths at a high price. This product can easily be cut to length. I used this to link 3 static tools; table saw, mitre saw and table router, have enough to pipe to the dust extraction unit and then stil enough for a 4th outlet to provide dust extraction for smaller hand tools. I looked for ages to find a suitable provider, took a punt and it has paid off very well. The tube is also better quality than that supplied with my dust extractor. Oh and it comes with some couplings for vacuum cleaners etc, but I didn't use them. I am delighted with this product.

Perfect, a huge upgrade on the dreadful hose that comes with the Vacmaster... This is quality.

Does the job, and generous length mean IT is very versatile. Fits onto an old Dyson which I can now use for extraction. Comes with 3 adapters- none of which got any of my tools- you’ll need an adapter if you use DeWalt XR series tools, but that’s also cheap. Overall, great value.

Great value. Previously bought one and was impressed by the quality and the fittings were spot on for my needs so bought another.

This is one of a few items I've treated myself to recently for my workshop/mancave to encourage my laziness. It comes with several attachments to connect to different types of vacuum. I initially bought it for a Performance Power wet & dry vacuum which shortly afterward went #fizz# after years of good service (the motor commutator disintegrated - not the fault of the hose!). I've replaced it with an Einhell vac from Amazon and was pleased to find that one of the other connectors fitted the new machine. It's a good length and strikes the balance between being sturdy and flexible well. The end connector also fits perfectly in my mitre saw and sander, reducing the mess at source. I can get to all areas of my workshop without moving the vacuum itself, and it would also be of ample length and great practicality for hoovering out a car. There is a slight reduction in the suction given the extra length but I feel its a worthwhile trade-off and have no complaints.

Best £17.37 I’ve ever spent.It magically fits all my tools, triton bandsaw, Makita belt sander, evolution mitre saw, trend router table, Dewalt drill. Well ok, not the drill but the attachments that come with the hose will likely fit all the variety of dust ports you’ll come acrossAt 5m, will likely be long enough for all DIY’ers and If your looking at the cyclonic stages for workshop vacs, it will fit straight on to those too.Ultimately it’s a hose and does exactly what you expect.If your safety conscious and wearing ear protection, remember the hose works much better if you remember to turn the vacuum on😣

The hose is OK but is that type of 'plasticy' hose rather than a higher quality 'softer' hose (cheap vac type compared with, say, a Miele hose). But I suppose the price reflects the quality. It's certainly a useful length, although the quality of the hose means its not as flexible as a more expensive one - but look at the price of high quality Festool ones. So... it does the job - fine for home use but not, I think, for trade. Perhaps 3 stars is a bit mean... 3 and a half?

It came with a few adapters that screw on and off the hose.One perfectly connected to the Dewalt cyclone tank DXVCS002, and then I have a Dewalt DWV9000-XJ airlock adapter that screwed onto the hose perfectly to connect to dewalt power tools.So much cheaper than the dewalt hose - and I tried the dewalt vacuum hose and it was way too stiff and cumbersome. I prefer this one.
