Quality product as stated. It's got a more textured finish than my Aga skillet pan, but this might be a benefit in increasing non stick properties. Not used yet, but see no reason why it won't perform well! Nice and deep so I'll be able to stir fry properly on the Aga which is something you can't do in a normal frying pan as they don't get hot enough.

I bought this for things like baked pasta dishes that start off on the hob and are finished in the oven. I do a lot of that kind of cooking for 2 people. It fits snugly in our small oven. I already have the 10.5 inch frying pan, which has had years of use.

My favourite pan! Good solid cast iron skillet, can't go far wrong with this. I use it for pretty much everything and of course being cast iron if stuff starts sticking then you can simply clean and re-season it. No worrying about scratching a non stick surface. Classic cookware exactly how you'd want it.

what a cracking bit of kit.

One of my favorite brand for cast iron items and would have given 5 stars, but item arrived with dents on it unfortunately.Really good value, easy to clean, sturdy, I would much recommend this item to everyone!
