Perfect Budget Keyboard
I purchased this keyboard for both gaming and everyday computer use.As an everyday keyboard, this product is perfect. It isn't obnoxiously loud and I have had no issues with keys being faulty in any way, which you would expect from a company as established as Dell. If you find the keyboard is too flat, it has flaps underneath, offering a more comfortable angle to type for long periods. The keyboard uses a USB connection to the PC with a 1m cable which is plentiful but you may want to use cable management if there is too much.If you want to use this as a gaming keyboard, by all means, you will still enjoy gaming as much as you always have. For less than £20, don't expect reasonable responsiveness from the keys that other gaming keyboards - in higher price bands - might offer. In my opinion, being good at a game mostly comes down to the player, hence "a builder doesn't blame his tools." That said, I'm sure others are insistent that a more expensive keyboard is required to enable optimal performance, which may be the case for them.Overall, the keyboard is an ordinary keyboard that fulfils its role as a reliable piece of hardware, The packaging didn't seem too special, but delivery has no complaints. If you're a starting PC gamer or just need something that is compatible with your PC, I would wholeheartedly recommend this product,

Very good for the price
Good quiet budget keyboard. It looks nice, low profile, without those ridiculous RGB Xma’s tree lights. Bought this after returning a mechanical keyboard which was extremely loud and expensive. I was between this, the microsoft 600, and an HP Business Slim keyboard. So I am happy with the purchase now. The quality is ok, doesn’t feel cheap. The UK layout has the Enter key as a big button, which I like. (Check my pictures). Much better than the small Enter key on US layout which are shown on the product pics. One thing that I don’t like is the height of the feet when you open it. It is so small and goes to the side that actually makes no difference. So they could improve that. Overall is a great buy.

Dell quality white QWERTY keyboard
I have purchased this keyboard because I have been using Dell as a brand for a number of years, buying a desktop computer, keyboards and mice.Dell's keyboards are in my opinion perfect for home and office use ( I have one in each place) because they are not too big, the buttons have elegant finish and are nice to the touch, as well as I appreciate enourmously the multimedia buttons (especially stop, increase and decrease the volume).I love browsing the Internet at home and working in the office when noisy with background music on.Whenever I am being asked something or someone approaches me, I need to be able to stop or decrease the volume immediately, so having these three buttons separately is very useful for me.In comparison, there are QWERTY keyboards produced by other brands where multimedia buttons are shared with other functions, so the Function button needs to be used every time together with the respective multimedia button required and I do not like this.I hope the Dell's brand keeps up the consistency/very good quality and functionality of its products for years to come!Thank you.

Great keyboard for the price
So impressed with this keyboard. I was originally looking for a Lenovo keyboard, but due to availability I had to look for an alternative. I wanted a simple slim keyboard but with a few quick access controls and this fitted the bill nicely. This is a basic keyboard with a few media controls. It has replaced the massive sidewinder keyboard I had previously which I did not need the extra beels and whistles. The keys feel nice to type on and the layout and key shapes are very nice. There are a few dedicated media keys for volume up/down/mute which I frequently use, plus a few shortcut keys for playback also. This keyboard doesn't take up much space and looks quite minimalistic. It's fairly quiet to type on also. Honestly for the price I am delighted. It feels like a quality bit of kit too.

good general purpose keyboard
The only surviving part of my long dead Dell PC is the KB-8135 multimedia keyboard. This is heavier than most, includes a useful array of buttons on the top row, and a couple of USB-2 ports, and came with a wrist rest. Recently I replaced my PC, the old one having died, and the new one lacked a PS/2 socket for the keyboard so my Logitech multimedia keyboard had to go. I wondered if I could get another KB-8135...The KB-522 is heavier than most, includes a useful array of keys on the top row (internet, e-mail, file explorer, calculator, near +, far -, sound and volume keys, and sleep), a wrist rest, and a couple of USB-2 ports. Short of USB ports on your new PC? Plug the mouse and camera cables into your keyboard. It's a good general purpose keyboard, and was competitively priced.

At this price there is nothing to complain about
What can I say? I was given one of these by our IT department so I can easily log into work from home using a Mac (Apple Mac keyboards & remote login on a Windows desktop don't play nice together). Sure, it is not the best keyboard in the world, but I like the feel of it and at this price it is really good value for money. So much so that I even bought one for myself for those rare occasions I need to use a PC keyboard on my other Macs. It is nice & quiet and they keys are not at all as mushy as the ones I have seen on other similarly priced keyboards. I've used this keyboard 8 hours a day every day for work, and I have no complaints.
