Can this inflate the tyres of a baby stroller? Is there a way I can send images of the valve?

The Tyre Inflators are supplied with at least 3 adaptors to inflate other tyres apart from car or motorcycle tyres. Don't know anything about a baby stroller. I suggest you purchase the product and if it has not an adaptor suitable, return the unit back to Amazon. Note it runs off a cigerette lighter at 12 volt.

can you use this with a blow gun

a blow gun ?? (an air gun ) for air power tools im assuming you mean ..... i thought same thing, but i doubt will have enough pressure (the connector is the same)

Can this be powered by ac? Picture shows ac socket on unit but someone has said that it blew his electric by plugging in...

In the instructions it says, Voltage: DC12V Power 140Watt Fuse 15amp. I would not recommend plugging this into any AC socket. This is designed to run off the power supply in your vehicle.
