Rollerblade wheels for an office chair? Absolute game changer -- no need for a floor protector, spins smooth and quiet, and it's fantastic... But I was never happy with the ones I got. The single-wheel models are much taller than traditional caster wheels, and I found they had a tendency to 'drift' with very little force applied.These? These are perfect. I slapped them on the bottom of my Secretlabs chair, replacing the old rollerblade wheels I had been using. It took maybe five minutes. No more slipping, lower profile, still just as quiet. As far as I'm concerned these are THE PERFECT wheels for any chair, and they're also cheap! They protect the floor, they sound great, they don't roll away from your desk, and they're at a great price. I legitimately don't know why you'd buy anything else.

I purchased these to replace the old rubber/skate wheels I had previously. I liked that these were double wheels which is especially good if you are a heavy person. Unlike the single wheel which can get caught and want to tilt off-axis. These will be much more stable if you are a bigger guy. Now the wheels are smaller, but it's just a matter of adjusting the seat height to compensate, and is not a problem. These wheels are 2 inches compared to the 3 to 4 inches on the standard inline skate wheel you usually see for sale. They are very smooth, and I am very pleased with the purchase. If anything should change for the worse I will update this review.

It was an easy swap from the old wheels to these new ones.These wheels looked noticeably smaller but they were only 5 mm less (50 vs 55 mm) in diameter so that was only 2.5 mm (0.1 “) less in height so no real impact.They roll quietly on a hardwood floor and were a better idea than trying to clean 5 dirty, gummed up old wheels.

YES!!! I AM IMPRESSED!!!Sorry for shouting but one of the casters on my desk chair broke. I tried gluing it but that was a fiasco. There are so many choices for replacement casters... I tried this one based on other reviews and I am GLAD I did.First, these wheels were rapidly delivered and individually packed in bubble wrap so they arrived in good condition.Second, they fit the office chair caster holes perfectly.Third, they roll effortlessly across the floor.These are just a joy to use. When I want to roll, they roll easily. When I want to sit still, they are stable.All around a very good choice (and I am a very "plus sized" person and these caster are holding up!)

Replaced single wheel 3" with these dual 2"Pros- Smoother Direction Changes. When changing directions in the chair, any dual wheel (of the same material) will pivot easier than a single wheel because the single pivots upon a single touch point, creating a "braking" effect. The dual assembly pivots as the two wheels counter-rotate, which eliminates the slightly-sticky "braking" effect.- Solid Construction. Everything moves well.- Less foot interference. 2" wheels don't swing as wide, so I kick the wheels less when moving the chair.Cons- Direction Changes are slightly awkward. Changes force the chair to go slightly sideways because they don't "turn on a dime" as single wheels do.- The 1" seat height drop from 3" to 2" is very noticeable. If you have a fixed height, 30" (standard) desk, you'll want to reduce your chair's seat height by an inch.- Brown color (wheel hub) is ugly. I'd suggest you go with the black.

The wheels are great they move much better and actually quieter than the ones that were on the chair. Easy to install just pop the old ones off and push these into the leg and they pop right in. Happy with the purchase.

Love these wheels for my clinic chair. As a dental hygienist I need to be able to move with ease and little effort. These wheels are so smooth and glide. They are so great my whole office got new wheels and we have 12 rooms

Oh my goodness, these wheels are exceptional. To all those who hear your wheels everytime yo move your chair, these are for you! The black ones I had was shedding the black stuff off the wheels. Sweeping it up everyday. These are so quiet and smooth, I keep sliding the chair in disbelief. I cansay enough how sturdy ease of installation rolling speed of these wheels. 100% I recommend these universal wheels. Push it in hard or use a rubber mallet. It will fit... Thank me later....lol
