Arrived on time. This is my go to for a relaxing bath whilst I’m reading or soak in the foot spa whilst I’m watching TV. Leaves the skin feeling sooo soft and smooth, plus helps you achieve a great nights rest afterward. A lil goes a long way. I buy it frequently and would recommend.

Melted into running bath water no smell to the plain magnesium flakes so can add your own bath smelly bath bubbles and it felt so relaxing to soak in and helped my shoulder pain.

As part of our post workout therapies, as well as other needs, we like to soak our feet or bodies in dissolved magnesium flakes to aid recovery and aid replenishing stores of depleted magnesium which often isn't replaced entirely through our diets. Due to demanding lives and fitness regimes we also put ourselves under a lot of stress which using magnesium helps relax us as well as provide better nights of sleep/rest. We made the switch from Epsom salts quite sometime and have never looked back.As this is Magnesium chloride hexahydrate its the better quality magnesium which makes it very effective in spray or soaking use. We also like to make our own magnessium spray where we mix approx one cup of flakes with one cup of cooled boiled water and have this available in a spray bottle.Given the large amount required when putting it directly in to a bath this tub gives roughly 4 servings or about 6 if just soaking feet in less water. To get the most out the tub we like to make our own spray which we apply in the evening all over and our forearms during the day when possible. The spray does have a little sting but this soon wears off.In terms of effectiveness it works wonders as part of our post workout recovery therapy.

So relaxing on the muscle & soften the skin, dissolves good i added few drops of lavender to the hot water & felt so calmer, less aches & helped towards a peaceful sleep

This has been my go to for over a year now. After doing some research on the much needed benefits of magnesium and learning that it is easily absorbed through the skin I went for this product.I also noticed a huge difference in my back acne which has cleared, my skin is much more supple. I use it in the bath or when I give myself an at home pedicure I add it to a bowl of water and soak first.

I love the Better You range, and this is my go-to brand for magnesium flakes. I used to use their magnesium spray but find a bath much more enjoyable and less sticky/oily than the spray. I do work out a lot, and find that this is great for not only soothing tired, achey muscles but replenishing electrolytes lost from sweat - I drink electrolytes during an endurance workout, but it's nice to have a magnesium bath also. It smells quite neutral but creates a lovely steamy bath with plain, hot water. Combined with my massage gun, I'm recovering better from workouts and I'm sleeping better on days I have a magnesium bath. Got these after going to the gym and worked lovely very relaxing and helps my body to recover
