I need to fill a gap between window and plaster, it’s less than a cm but runs the whole length of seal. Would this be suitable?

The foam expands far too much for a small gap like that, excellent for larger jobs, i used it for a large gap between an outside wall and fence post.

Can I use this to secure a washing rotary in the ground?

Would this stop water getting into my garage ie rainwater under the door?

No, it's expanding foam. It fills gaps and holes with a sticky foam that then hardens to a waterproof barrier made of the same stuff that is used for packing in amazon deliverys. It has no real structure strength so if you stepped on it , or drove a car over it, it would break. It has no flexibility and woul glue the doors shut. It would stop leaks in gaps I.e. between a flat roof and a wall.

I have a noisy hollow window sill when it rains. Would this be any good to fill the cavity in the sill to stop the noise?
