This Torch is Amazing, One it's light 🏋️(Excuse the Pun) two it's compatible with DeWalt batteries 18v, it's Bright, distance of the beam is great two, the adjustment head is perfect to, helps to light up the working area with ease.The belt or chest loop is strong enough too, whilst moving around, doesn't fall off.Or can just stand by it's self adequately.All in all another Worthwhile indestructible item from DeWalt. For Trade or DIY enthusiast.🔦

Great bit of kit, would recommend

This is an amazing bright powerful torch again from dewalt. This is the second one I have had and only replaced as other one was attracted to sticky fingers on a site. Thos is a great torch for long range and pin point work and also have the triple led one for more of a flood light. A 4amp battery will last all day with no problems. For the price its a steal

Had a few spare dewalt batteries available, so given the low price (£22.51 at the time I ordered), thought I'd give this a try.Feels fairly robust although as mentioned in other reviews there is a bit of play both in the Head "notchiness" and also in the battery mounting.Light levels are good, especially as this (or at least the version I received) is now a "Type 2" model that offers 165lm output (rather than the 110lm of the original model)

this is a very good work torch. i have had the same one for the last 6 years and it gets used 5 days a week 51 weeks a year . its used in a garage MOT bay that does 9 MOT's a day.it has been dropped many times. the only reason i got a new one is the on/off switch is getting a bit faulty after 6 years.

Need a torch for walking the dog or finding the kids or anything else at night ! .. look no further this torch is great easy to hold easy to use and it has a great range (see picture )It also has a metal clasp on the top Making it ideal to hand up or clip on to something.You can’t angle the width of the beam but if your looking for a straight forward powerful torch like I was this is fabulous.I use the lager dewalt batteries 4-5amp in it and with a full charge it will last you about 3 weeks at a hour a night on a walk orAbout 12-14 hours Continuous use.The only thing to note is the smaller the battery the lighter it is to carry but the less time between recharging.

I had an older Dewalt torch that came with a 14.4V cordless drill, but the batteries were on their way out, and a couple of drops meant I had no bulbs for it. After being unable to find new bulbs at a reasonable price, and just having bought a new XR cordless drill, I decided I might as well get one of these torches.What a good investment! Any 18V XR battery will fit it (I also bought a 1.5Ah battery) including the massive 4Ah versions that came with the drill, and with a battery clipped in it stands up nicely.The light is bright and reasonably well focused, and a metal loop means it can be hanged. The LED means that blown bulbs are a thing of the past - it should last a long time, but when it does go, I don't think it's replaceable.The only slight niggle I have with it, is that the focus of the beam cannot be changed, but apart from that it is easy to use and nicely balanced in the hand.
