how long is the handle ?

The handle on this razor which was Jagger model DES89KNAMZ is 7.4cm. The "S" in that code is for "short". There is an almost identical model with a longer handle which is 8.5cm long (code DE89KN14bl) Jagger's own website also has "long" models where the handles are 9.3cm so you might want to make sure of the exact model you're buying as this seller hasn't given all the details.

Yes, it is a DE89 head. Don't listen to nonsense about open/closed comb. I have an aggressive closed comb and an open comb which is so mild that it's impossible to cut yourself or have redness. Aggressiveness is by design, not because of comb.

For the kelvin, it says under "product description": "razor only, no blades included" and under "box contains": "item comes with 5 spare blades"?

mine did come with a small box of 5 blades but i still bourght a big box of 100 seperately for pretty cheap so i recommend doing that just in case it doesnt come with blades

Hi the Edwin Jagger is a great razor and gives a very smooth non-aggressive shave every time, I would be happy to recommend the product for both quality and usability. On a personal level however I did struggle with the short length of the handle and the closed comb on the head didn't shave any hair growth over 3 days old. I have the Edwin Jagger as a back up now and use the Muhle R41 open comb every time. It suits my needs extremely well, very well built, longer handle with greater control and more comfort and the open comb give a much better shave in one pass now rather than 3 as before. Both are extremely good razors however if I had to choose again the Muhle R41 would win every time.
