Does this remove magnetic eye liner?

I'm not sure I'm familiar with "magnetic eye liner" but as far as the product is concerned, its the best I've ever used for removing all forms of eye makeup, including waterproof mascara. Its cheap enough to try and its oh so gentle!

Does this product test on animals?
