AS a person with 30 years of pain & many serious operations on the spine this appealed as it was to be used a little at a time increasing with usage. It arrived immediately & was well packed. It is nice soft blue suede like material, looks like a neck rest on planes but 3 of them stacked together. Fastens loosely around the neck with velcro- just practice as it can only be done by 'feel' or another person. Has a tube with a bulb at the end like they used to use when pumping up the cuff for blood pressure testing. Operation is simple as are instructions and all looks & feels good quality. I have only used it for 3 days when I write this- about 10/15 minutes three times each day. It is an acquired feeling BUT we are talking about a device at reasonable cost that is to 'stretch' the neck and back vetabrae to release pressure on nerves- a sort of mobile 10th century torture rack but in a smaller size. Anyone with sciatica or such like knows the pain is life changing and can get worse before better and need surgery that is risky and has side effects- I have a left leg paralysed from the knee down with a foot that does not work at all but still has acute pain from a rogue nerve firing off from day to day SO I got this device out of many options because the 1st one I ordered of another supplier thru Amazon vanished so got speedy refund, invested a bit more and the info I read on this one seemed very clear & aligned (pun?) with what I needed. SO after 3 days I have less neck pain when doing the same things as before I used it. Over use is likely to do nothing extra but may cause problems so follow the guidance/peoples reviews. After 3 days I am both impressed AND convinced that this product will give me relief from pain I havent got from anything else including MORPHINE tabs which I take 150mg/day on prescription. There are no guarentees but I am totally happy with my product and hope it continues to do its job. TOP PURCHASE if you have the type(s) of pain/problems mentioned. 11/10

Following a motorcycle accident in 2019, I often get problems with my neck, restricted movement and constant discomfort. Generally it will ease off after a couple of days, but recently the problems have been getting worse. I tried regular neck supports, but found them too rigid and uncomfortable. Someone recommend and inflatable device, so I ordered this one to try. It was absolutley brilliant. I pumped it up to a level that was helping with support, but comfortable. Leaving it on for the recommended 30 minutes, when removed there was a marked improvement in my neck and head movement, and the discomfort had significantly subsided, which lasted for the rest of the day. A couple of days after my neck started to stiffen up again, I again used this device, and after 20 minutes the relief was great. My neck is almost back to normal now, but I now know that when the next episode of trouble of occurs, normally kicked off if I make a sudden head movement, I should at least be able to get some relief until it all settles down again.

This product arrived on time and was wellpackaged. The neck brace was a bit fiddly for me. It was not as comfortable as I thought it would be. I was happy that it was accepted for a refund.

My neck is always aching due to leaning over and always lifting my teenage disabled son so my posture is terrible , when I’m in pain and need my neck stretching I out this on and pump it up , I find it instantly and gently stretches my neck even when I’m in pain and it releases thr pain and I feel miles better almost instantly , the thing I like about it is you have complete control and can go as far as you like with it and to what’s comfortable , better than a neck massage cause you’re not really supposed to massage the neck, it does squash my cheeks in though because My neck isn’t long. I don’t fasten the straps , there’s no need plus a word of caution my sister is on the bigger side and she fastened the straps and she hasn’t noticed her face was turning blue! I ripped it off her , so just be careful , use without the straps , the good thing is yiu can easily pull it off inflated. Great product !

Had the product less than 2 weeks and I was enjoying using it, but perhaps just the 5th tike using it and I discovered it has sprung a leak somewhere. Not repairable or even traceable due to the velvet covering so the product is now unusable as it won't pass a certain amount of air pressure and stretch the neck.

This product worked very well indeed for a couple of months. Then it started to leak - I could hear the air escaping as it deflated. I thought it may have been a one off problem, so purchased a second one. The same thing happened again.

I bought this to help me with some neck pains which come from deep inside. After seeing a psyiopherapist he suggested posture could be an issue, so I bought a posture corrector and this neck brace.The materials on this are excellent considering the price. I was initially worried about working out how to inflate or how to use this, but it’s extremely easy. This brace is actually very comfortable and helps me stretch and keep my neck straight without having to strain as my chin and face feel very relaxed and the air is a good comfortable to lean your head and all it’s weight on to. While you can’t sleep on this because it’s rather wide, it’s ok for relaxing on the sofa or for reading a book. I would not go out wearing this as it does make me look very stupid. All in all, I would definitely buy this again or for someone I know who may benefit from it. It simply works for what it is and is so much better and more comfortable than the old NHS hard collars.I know it can be quite stressful and how it feels to be indecisive when buying or comparing products, especially if you feel like you have to make the correct decision when buying something, so If you found my review helpful please mark it as such, as I really enjoy knowing my reviews helped other people make an informed decision.
