looking to use this for my cabin - not there but about 1 month of the year total - would this be a good choice?

This is an excellent choice for your cabin! I have a 12’x28’ cabin that I just recently installed the Poo Pod. It’s perfect for off grid living! I was a little worried about the smell but the coco coir that comes with it does a phenomenal job with the smell and it’s really easy to change out and clean! I’m very pleased with the purchase!

What size are the pipes ? I will 90 to go through the wall

3 inch. The pipe is venting like a dryer vent or bathroom vent sizing. It is not 3 inch isp like plumbing. We have all the elbows and fittings on our site too if you need.

how much weight does this hold? it looks flimsy, can the toilet hold a 300 pound person? what is it rated for?

Yes, it sure can. It's rated for 330+ lbs.

The hopper turns but nothing is dispursed - has anyone else had and fixed this issue?

If nothing is dispersing chunks are stuck in the hopper. You will need to make sure you fluff up the coco choir or peat moss. When you wet the coco choir, be sure to break up the chunks in a 5 gallon bucket before you transfer them into the back. Once you do that the material will flow and spread easily.
