I ordered a bottle of the multivitamin for women because many years ago I was taking whole food vitamins and loved them. Vitamins are hard to review early-on because they take a while to do their job but after a couple of weeks taking these, I do see an improvement in my energy levels - I don't feel like I need a mid-day nap as before, anyway.Because I have a sensitive stomach, I break each in half to take a half in the morning with breakfast and half at lunch, and I have zero stomach issues that way. The vitamin smell and texture are as expected, the smooth outer coating helps it go down, and they are basically tasteless so that's a plus.Good value for the price so I may continue to order these as I finish this bottle.

okay so im one of those people who constantly look at the ratings and reviews before i buy something, these pills are the best multi’s on the market no matter what is said! ive tried alot of others and they didnt any justice like these do! every other pill made me super moody and cranky. these are the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! theres no smell, taste or weird texture. they are quite big but pretty easy to swallow. this bottle holds every vitamin you need plus some and on top of that theyre organic!

I’m only knocking off one star because these suckers are huge and they don’t have rounded edges, so it makes swallowing a little tricky.But this hasn’t caused any stomach upset, it has improved my energy, and I love that it’s only a once daily supplement.I wish this brand’s prenatal vitamin was only once a day and not 4. My OB said that I am able to take this as a prenatal due to the amount of folate that is in it, along with a choline and DHA supplement.I just hope that when I do get pregnant, this won’t make me sick because I love taking this vitamin and brand and like I said, I don’t want to take 4 a day, so I’ll have to find a different brand if so. Fingers crossed!UPDATE: I noticed that as I was finishing up my first bottle, taking this vitamin began to make me feel as if I would gag, so I am switching to something else. The size is just too big and it not having round edges makes it difficult to swallow, and it doesn’t taste the best.
