Worked well with my Inkjet printer
This was very easy to print on - you just need to make sure that you change the paper size before creating the document with images that you wish to print. I printed multiple small patterns on each sheet so far and have cut them out with no issue. The ink did not bleed, although I did change the transparency to either 50% or 20% - any more than that and the images become almost invisible. It washed off very easily under warm water. If creating a hoop with lots of detail (lots of satin stitch), I would suggest using a plastic hoop, rinsing the stabiliser off whilst in the hoop and allow it to dry in the hoop. I tried rinsing after taking my embroidery out of the hoop and the material warped and I couldn't get it back to shape with the tight satin stitch.Otherwise, this has been excellent for transferring intricate designs onto my material. A lightbox and a heat erase pen were not good enough at times.

Great results
I have recently started trying a lot of new craft projects being on furlough. I had no idea how this soluble paper would work for hand embroidery. I tried tracing a design and printing a design on the paper and both methods worked really well. The paper stays put and is substantial while you work on it and easily dissolves completely away once the embroidery is finished. I did find with my first project, the leopard on the back of a thin cotton jacket, that the material pulled a bit around the outside of the design but this was due to my stitches. The only limit of use to this product is your imagination, it’s brilliant fun!

Seductively quick and easy to use, but use with caution...
I really enjoyed using the Sulky Stabiliser. It was super easy to print embroidery designs and stick them straight on to the fabric. This product saved me a lot of time and stress before Christmas when I wanted to embroider a design on to a shop-bought plain velvet cushion cover to make a gift.I popped some medium weight interfacing in an embroidery hoop, placed the hoop inside cushion cover, and positioned in place with silk pins. I printed my PDF embroidery pattern on to the Sulky soluble stabiliser and stuck in the correct spot on the front of the cushion. It saved me a ton of time and embroidering the design was easy, quick and fun. I followed the washing instructions, but both the velvet and the embroidery were fairly battered in the gentle wash. I had to do a bit of touching up once dry. The recipient of the cushion was delighted and I've received a number of compliments. However, the stitching was a lot better before washing. That said, I hate tracing embroidery patterns so I have used it again!

American paper size, so smaller than A4.
This stabiliser comes in a pack of 11 sheets, not 12 as stated on the packet. Also the sheets are not A4 size, they are slightly smaller. A4 = 8.27 ins X11.69ins (210mm X 297mm) whereas this stabiliser is 8ins X 11ins (203mm X 280mm). Only a tiny amount I know, but it can make a difference if you are printing a pattern that fills an A4 sheet. Some adjustments have to be made to your printer. It is getting increasingly difficult to get this in the UK (dare I say since Brexit), so I was very glad to find it from this seller, and it has increased in price considerably since I first started using it 5 years ago, but it is worth it. I'm a big fan and don't know how I'd manage without it.

Arrived earlier than expected
I ordered this stabiliser from the US and only had to wait two weeks for delivery, 10 days earlier than I expected. Easy to print on and currently stitching embroidery on it so have not washed it yet to see how water soluble it is.

Game changer!
Was trying to work out how on earth I got a design onto the material to then embroider (I’m a beginner), this stuff is amazing! Sticks on, washes away once your design is finished.Does to take a while to arrive from the US though so expect in a month not a few days.

Washes away perfectly, but massive price hike in a couple of weeks so waiting to re order.
Washes away perfectly once I've finished my embroidery. Works in the printer, I only wish I had a better printer so as to print my photos better for me to do my free motion embroidery. Was going to purchase more a couple of weeks later and astounded on the price hike so cancelled my order!Hopefully it will reduce in price shortly!UPDATE... price reduced after few weeks so purchased more... only one difficulty, only one available where I would have liked to purchase more as it seems a shame when it has to come all the way from the states.I am making some wonderful free motion embroidery using my own photos which prints well on it.
