Where do you find the product key required to use the device with the EZTour software?

There is a Quick Guide leaflet with the product and the product key is a stuck on label with 7 four letter/number combinations at the bottom of the last page in the Warranty Card section. The PIN which you also need for the device and which is not indicated anywhere is 0000.

Will this work with an iPad ?

The standard software is Windows based. But there are opensource alternatives and other user content based software. Certainly works with friendly open systems like Android and Linux ;)Sorry haven't tried with an Apple device.

Could it be charged by powerbank?

Why not? It has a standard mini-usb power adapter, just like any pre-2017 smartphone (unlike the new usb-micro port found on newer phones, like Samsung S8). So yes you can use a powerbank to charge it, as long as its usb cable is compatible (type USB-mini), or use a car adapter with a standard usb to usb-mini cable.

Doesn't say on holux website or manual, so I would say no.
