Really good product, good quality.Easy to use and clean after use

The media could not be loaded. I’ve spent years looking for the perfect combo with step by step instructions and until now I’ve only just found my LOVE 😍. Everything I need , top quality tools , beautifully packaged , in pink 2 my fav colour . So I searched one last time lastnight for a facial spa set as I’ve not had much me time and my skin was looking drained and beaten, I took the plunge ordered this it was here before I opened my eyes sat on my doorstep looking all pretty 🤩 I knew then it was going to be a good day and my skin feels AMAZING 🤩. I have and will recommend this product all day long !!!!

Face steamer works really well, so far I am happy with my purchase. Not sure about other parts. Wire poked out from my face band bow and the electric extractor seems to be poor quality. As looks like it will fall apart soon.

The steamer is really good. I was able to literally see the white heads after the steaming and could use the tools to get them out. The ultrasonic scrubber was also effective in removing the exfoliated skin. And that small face cleansing brush leaves the skin squeaky clean. The only thing I didn’t like was I can’t use tap water in this product. Otherwise overall this was a great product!

So happy I bought this product. I’ve had a horrible past year and my face looks and feels sad especially in photos. I’m 51 and thought about getting a facial toning gadget or some sort of intervention to aging. But with some soul searching I thought spending £200 plus, and stressing out about aging in a big way was just adding pressure. I thought what can I do that’s nice for myself and pleasant. This product seemed appropriate. I’ve never used a facial steamer before. I usually just exfoliate scrub clean my face and use moisturiser every day. I used the steamer, which was bliss. The mask, Roller and tool with the moisturiser. I feel brighter in myself my face looks less like I’m on the verge of tears. My skin looks fresh and cleaner with colour in my cheeks so yeah. I’m thinking of pampering myself with a facial once a week. I can’t say enough how lovely the feeling of the hot steam was on face and neck. You can just move back a bit is it’s too hot

The scrubber stopped working after the 1st charge. Although return period was finished, the customer support agent has huge interest in the problem and solved all my issues. Thank you!
