Watch the Install Video. Great product.
I was about to write these off as a waste of money. The loss of audio quality by going to these was a deal breaker. Then I watched the install video and realized that they weren't clipped in all the way (even if it looks flush it's not). There's a special foam in the inside that if it is not clipped in all the way, the active noise cancelling for the headset doesn't work. I had 2/4 clips on each earcup that hadn't "clicked" in. WATCH THE VIDEO.Once that was figured out, these ear cups are absolutely amazing. Comfortable for every day use, you don't feel as much pressure on your temples/ears when wearing them, the sound quality is on par with the stock ear pads. The cooling effect lasts maybe about 20-25 mins then they do get warm, but not so warm that your ears sweat like the stock Nova Pro ear cups. 10/10 I would recommend these in the future to anyone who needs a new set.

pretty good
i picked up the wc cooling gel pads for my nova pro headphones to see if they would help during long listening sessions. from the first moment i felt relief. the soft gel layers fit perfectly over the ear cups and gently cushion the skin behind my ears. heat that normally builds up after an hour simply disappeared and my ears stayed noticeably cooler. installation was a breeze. i peeled off the protective backing and pressed them onto the existing pads. removal is just as simple and leaves no sticky residue. they clean up easily with a quick rinse and have held up through daily use without losing their cooling effect. if you spend hours with your nova pro whether gaming meeting or just enjoying music you will love the extra comfort these pads deliver.

Very comfortable wear & minimal changes to sound!
For me these are way more comfortable than the stock ones. These don’t hurt my ears anymore. They’re way thicker pads than the stock ones and also bigger as well. The colors are pretty cool. The cooling gel lasts about 10-15min then wears off but every time you take it off your head it starts to get cool again which is pretty nice. A lot of reviews claimed that these change the sound and the ANC but this didn’t happen to me if anything they made the sound better for me. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Fixed the issue I had with ear discomfort with this headset.
Because of the poor design of the original headset earpads, the noise canceling microphone on the inside was rubbing against my ears and cause large discomfort after using the headset for more than an hour. Because these ear pads are thicker, they give more space between my ears and allows my ears to avoid rubbing against that inner microphone.Pros:- Very ease to install, they came with a QR code that takes you to a video showing how to replace them.- The quality and lifespan of these seem to be amazing.- The cooling gel and comfort are functionally great and work amazingly.- The color really complemented my headset and left me very happy.Cons:- Keep your head and hair clean, they will discolor over time if you choose a white varient.

Super Comfortable – Just Wish They Blocked More Noise
These Cooling Gel Earpads are a huge upgrade in terms of comfort. The gel layer keeps things cool even during long sessions, and the cushioning is soft yet supportive. I’ve used them for extended gaming and work calls without any discomfort or sweating—major win there.Installation was quick and easy, and they fit my headset perfectly. The build quality also feels durable, which is great for the price. The only downside is the noise isolation. They don’t block out background noise as much as I’d hoped, especially compared to my old pads. If you’re in a noisy environment, it’s something to keep in mind.Still, if comfort is your priority, these are hard to beat.

Adhesive failed after drying in the sun – still re-buying.
After I gently washed the pads this morning with a toothbrush, a bit of castile soap and hot water, I set them out on the patio to dry in the hot desert sun. Unfortunately, when I retrieved them this afternoon, I was pretty bummed to find that the pads had burst open. My theory is that the foam absorbed a ton of water and swelled, which was too much for the adhesive to contain after being weakened by the heat of direct sunlight. I don't necessarily blame the manufacturer for this failure - though the adhesive had started to delaminate in a couple small spots prior to this, it was the water and sun that sealed their fate, not poor construction.I took them apart just for fun and to have a peek inside, and I was impressed enough with the materials and build quality that I thought I'd take the opportunity to post some close-up pictures of the stitching and materials. Sorry they look gross - I promise all the goop is just adhesive residue! It's like they hit it with a can of spray-on adhesive before final assembly, honestly (though that sounds negative and I don't mean it that way). All the stitching is clean and even, with minimal bulk while still leaving enough seam allowance to avoid weakening the seam. The faux-leather is still perfectly supple and doesn't show signs of cracking or degradation at all. The gel is very soft, very heavy, cold to the touch, and about 4mm thick. I found a couple of small tears in it, but can't say for sure that I didn't cause them during disassembly. The top layer of gel was well-bonded to the foam, but the interior gel was much less strongly attached, and fell away from the foam without effort. As to an actual review, I'm generally quite pleased, and have already purchased another pair of pads to replace these. I don't think the cooling gel does much of anything, but I also don't have non-gel cups to compare them to. My ears still get plenty hot on warm days or with extended use, but I think the added comfort of the gel justifies the negligible cost increase anyway.
