Marginal at best, did not provide the relief expected.

When I opened this, I had my doubts on the taste. It looks like a gross between mustard and baby poop. I dipped a finger in and took a taste. It wasn't bad at all. It's sweet and has a definite orange flavor. The supplement goes down pretty easy. It has the consistency of Pepto-Bismol, but it tastes better. Since this is a liquid is supposed to absorb 500% better than tablets. They used liposomes, which acts as life jackets for these nutrients, to act like a delivery mechanism. Seems legit. At 3 teaspoons a day, which is a serving, you get a month's worth of product. There a are a lot of promises, and if they deliver, than the $50 price tag might be worth it. It's something you will have to decide if this is worth it to you. You do get orange burbs, but it's not bad. It's a lot better than fish burbs that you can get from fish oil capsules. If you can't stand the taste (I rather like it), you can put this orange juice and probably not even know it's there. The one thing that I'm not thrilled about, is the fact that it's 64 calories per serving. It just seems like a lot of calories for a supplement. If this makes a huge, noticeable difference in my well being it helps my joints that get achy if I walk too much, then I will order it again. It's just too soon to say. I can update my experience in a month.

I can’t get past the taste. Tried it once and it is nasty.

As a former avid runner, I suffer from horrible knee joint pain. In my research and trying various products, I found this one to work the best. I had high hopes for this product. I'm dealing with a lot of whole-body inflammation thanks to autoimmunity and was excited to try this. However, the taste of this is pretty terrible. It's a mustard-like consistency that had me gagging with the first attempted swallow. It leaves a bad aftertaste too. The other weird thing was that when I cut open the bulging safety seal from the top of the bottle, the contents were under a lot of pressure and I got orange paste spewed into my hair and eyes. I had to wonder whether this is normal or whether the contents of my bottle are fermenting. It didn't make me sick from the tablespoon I managed to gulp down, but still...The taste is a lot more tolerable when mixed with orange juice and quickly gulped down through a straw. That's the only way I'll be able to stand taking this bottle. It does have a lot of great ingredients, so if it helps with inflammation the nasty taste will be worth it!

Writing a review of supplements that take some time to be effective is always somewhat difficult. It’s subjective you see. Is it the supplement or is it just the human body doing it’s work? Is it the mind doing one of those mysterious things that the mind is capable of when one believes a treatment is working. The so-called “placebo effect”. I believe that this supplement should get the credit and I’ll tell you why.I have degenerative joint issues pretty much everywhere and, since it’s been this way for decades, I think I can tell when something is working and when its not. I’ve tried so many things and some helped, and some did not.This liquid supplement has a pretty remarkable natural delivery system that I hadn’t encountered before. And that’s what I believe makes it’s absorbency into the body so quick and potent. It’s been three weeks since I received this and I’m sure it’s making a noticeable difference.The joints feel a bit better and the newest joint problem in my hip seems to have been arrested. I’m hoping it will be reversed and go back to silently doing it’s job.All in all I believe it does do what it says it will do and I plan to keep taking it long term unless something negative should raise it’s head.
