Love Orly products but this one did not work for my nails.

My daughter and I purchased the Orly protein boost, almost at the same time from two different vendors. My daughter purchased hers directly from the Orly website. I purchased mine from Amazon. In this picture, the one I purchased from Amazon is on the right, and the one that my daughter purchase from early this on the left. As you can see, the color is different. Hers is white and mine is yellowish. Mine also smells really strongly. Her’s smells fresh. I think I received an older product that I suspect was in the vendor shelves for a long time.Since I had opened it and used it before comparing it to my daughter’s, I did not try to return it, because I no longer had the box and packing material for it. But I am very hesitant to use it on my nails given the smell in the color. From this point on, I am only buying Orly products from the Orlywebsite. I do not want to risk buying another old product.
