Right out of the box I am happy. It came charged so I jumped right in. Very easy to use. Instructions say to use no more than 300ml of water. FYI 250ml is equal one 8oz cup. I used the smallest nozzle and put it in low for my first attempt. Slightly warm water. Very comfortable and not at all unpleasant. Noleakage. Easy clean up. I can see this being part of my nightly routine before bed. Will air it out overnight.I almost bought the much more expensive (and over-hyped) product. This is good value for much less money and takes up far less space.

Works great! Super gross, just like it’s supposed to be. Price is nicer than some of the bulkier versions out there and it’s easy to use. It doesn’t leak or make a mess, when you get the process down.

Update my review. After some delay, the company sent me a replacement, which I appreciate. Overall, it’s an effective product and I’m happy they stood behind it.****************************I’ve had this nasal irrigation product for about two years and was initially really happy with it. I used it a few times every month, and it consistently delivered relief—especially during allergy season. Easy to use, effective, and felt like a good investment at the time.Unfortunately, it recently stopped charging out of nowhere. I’ve tried everything—different outlets, cables, you name it—but no luck. What’s even more frustrating is that I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times and haven’t gotten a single response. For a product at this price point, I expect better durability and basic customer support.Really disappointed. I would’ve recommended this before, but now I can’t in good conscience. A product is only as good as the support behind it.

I had a water pik irrigator for years and it finally gave up on me. This is a good replacement even though I would like it to have a little more pressure. The flexible pickup is genius and works great.

I used to buy NeilMed at Walgreens every 2–3 years: each one would stop working after that time. I ended up having a number of them through the years---you can say I was a loyal customer of NeilMed. This time, I decided to look on Amazon, initially just wanted to check if Amazon had better price than Walgreens, but ended up coming across this product.So far, I find it much better designed and seemingly higher quality (though time will tell on durability). The biggest improvement is the user experience. Compared to NeilMed, this one feels far more comfortable. My guess is that NeilMed somehow mixes more air into the water stream (maybe even unintentionally, I guess), creating higher pressure that, from my usage, always pushes water into the sinus cavities (again, I'm guessing here). It makes the experience less comfortable, but manageable, otherwise I would not have kept rebuying NeilMed.Now that I’ve tried this product, though, I’m glad I switched. The experience is noticeably better.

Helps so much with allergies and congestion from that!! No leaks and a good size! Thought I wouldn’t like the feeling but it is so smooth and doesn't hurt at all!

EDIT! Was packing it up to send back and my "McGuyver" husband looked at it. After blowing through the nozzle attachment for a minute, it opened the airway up and water began to flow through! Have to say, it does work, but is very gentle compared to my 20 yo old Waterpik device w/ special-made nose nozzle. Also, water empties out very quickly. It's okay and does help relieve sinus pressure in the mornings. Better price point than the other product on the market. ORIGINAL: Defective product. Charged and does not work. Wish I had read the reviews beforehand.
