I have 10 year old oatmeal-colored carpet. I have had professional cleaning companies who make outrageous claims come in and leave me with good looking carpets - and within a week, the trails were back as bad as ever. Then I tried all the "magical" and major brands and the do-it-yourself approach. Same results. Out of desperation and not wanting to go through the ordeal and expense of having carpet replaced, I tried this product. Ah....mazing! My carpets actually look new again! I will admit that I used the upholstery tool on the bad trails and had to go over some sections several times before the extracted water was clear. I was shocked and disgusted at the amount of filthy water that came out of these carpet trails and was determined to get it clean or replace the carpet. This stuff works! It works beautifully! Can't say it was easy doing the trails with the upholstery brush instead of the upright, but it was worth the effort because the carpet is CLEAN - all the way down to the backing, not just on the surface which is what most "professional" cleaners do. Love it! No odor, no residue, just clean, look-like-new ten year old carpet! Wish I had taken pictures, but honestly, I didn't expect such remarkable results.

I can tell a total difference in this product compared to others I have used with my carpet. This stuff smells great, cleans up really well, and leaves my carpet feeling so clean. I will purchase again. Great quality, and you can tell it cleans up better than others.

I have to say it works pretty good. Rug came out cleaner and smelled great. I like that it left no residue.

This stuff works GREAT! Foot traffic, old cat puke stains…gone. Foot traffic was a little harder, it’s much better, but I may go over it again. I bought a pump sprayer and mixed the product with water. Says 2-6 oz per gallon. I used 6 because my carper hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. I sprayed generously, waited a few hours, and filled my shampooer with hot water only. Waiting for it to dry so I can vacuum up any dirty crystals. Should look even better. Would definitely recommend. Pic is the foot traffic area half cleaned and half waiting to be cleaned.

This does a pretty good job getting rid of the cat pee odor, BUT it has not done anything to stop the cat from returning to the same place where he keeps peeing. He’s a healthy 11 year old neutered male cat, no other pets in the house. He has never urinated outside of his litter box until after moving into our new home. But for the past 4 months, he won’t stop peeing on the carpet in the same place every day. I bought this product, plus I bought a rug shampoo machine.. I also bought the Rocco & Roxie spray. My cat does not have a UTI.. his litter box is not dirty (he even peed on the carpet just hours after his litter box was emptied and cleaned). I’m glad this product gets rid of the odor but I just wish it would be effective as a deterrent to him continuing to pee where i’ve used this to clean the carpet.. Since that’s part of what the product is supposed to do.

Okay so I have tried several different carpet shampoos. My beagle is 3 now and potty training a beagle is everyone’s worst nightmare! Haha. But this carpet is about 40 years old and having dogs in the home over the course of 30 years this carpet has had some animal trauma. They have the best noses so over time even though we cleaned during potty training they hit nearly the same spot or area. In the summer when it’s humid it would just smell like dog pee and I’d shampoo and the smell would go away for about a week then come right back. I used this product once so far and yes I did saturate the area just a bit more than the machine could do because I have the carpet then padding underneath. I have a watering can so I just sprinkled over the area a couple times with this stuff mixed in and then I used the machine with it and it’s been over a month now and no smell and no accidents so far! (Please don’t have me jinx it) even got out an awful stain I had for the most part. I kept looking at this product over the past year and always was like maybe next time if this doesn’t work. Well I’m now mad I bought 3 other products over this one and spent money on something that’s gonna sit in the closet now. Just happy that my home doesn’t smell horrible anymore.
