I had an issue where the charger stopped charging. I contacted support and they sent me a warranty replacement in no time. Great device that frees me from the wall charger.

UPDATE 6/16/2025... AGAIN AGAIN, this company WILL NOT answer my emails, and my battery case is now a COMPLEYE POS!!! AGAIN, I am writing this because after just 8 months I think this time with this case it started malfunctioning. When it works, it's GREAT, but, it NEVER had anywhere NEAR 10,000mAh, as it would ONLY charge my phone (Galaxy S23 Ultra) 1 and a half times when I first got it and now it will only charge about 20%-30% of the battery 1 time, and it STARTED ALL OVER AGAIN. The one that I bought for my S22 Ultra, a ZeroLemon is still working after 4+ years, and the only issues I have ever had with it are something from the battery on the back of the case is pushing up a high spot in the middle of the case, and what is curious is this all of the 4 I have are ALL doing exactly the same thing. I just sent an email to customer support and will update this review with what I hear back from them as it comes in. At this point I would NOT buy this again, and would not recommend it if I do not get proper support from Newdery. I stick with what I said before, I would not buy this again from Newdery unless I get the product support that I have received before. Today is May 22, 2025... See how long it takes for Newdery to respond??? It's been 10 days and NOTHING from Newdery!

So far works great. I prefer to charge via USB but the way it accepts chargers is weird. I have a 90W Type C to Type C charger for a MacBook and it won't work, but will work with a 45W Chromebook charger. The charge time isn't too bad, considering its 10000mAh. It charges well enough, if you are using it during very drainy tasks, it may fail to charge more than you drain. You can use an app for that. The price is decent enough, however, I would say that I have noticed sometimes it blocks the antennas on the phone during calls. Weight isn't too bad but it's definitely a brick. Does fit in a normal pocket.

I'm a warehouse manager/forklift operator so it get heavily abused I have a magnet mount on my lift and use it with this battery case product I've owned 3 so all three have lasted me just over a year each with heavy use bouncing around getting dropped 5 to 10 times a week all year long never once had a cracked screen so it does a good job with edge protection they charge my phone 4 or 5 times from 15% phone life the battery in the case has never failed or shown signs of degrade and everyone who holds my phone says it is heavy but I'm so used to it if the battery case isn't on the phone it's uncomfortable for me I'm super happy with this phone case I will always seek out this product with every phone upgrade because I am a very heavy phone user for work and can not be without my phone it works great for camping and getaways also

Works better that I expected!! So this is me second one. The first one lasted me about two years. It was IMPOSSIBLE to run out of battery life in one day!!! Belive me I tried. I highly recommend this brand and battery. $60 is Soooo worth it.

This is my third Newdery battery case I have purchased. The other two were for previous Samsung phones and proved to be very useful on days you need your phone all day with no access to an outlet. This new one performed as well as the previous ones. I don't use this case as my daily case because it is a little bulky and heavy but on the days I do use it I'm very glad that I have it knowing that my phone won't die. Charging the battery case as well as operating it is very simple.

Worked great at first, but 1 year later its charging rate is ridiculously slow, ~1% every hour. Basically useless now.
