I have a one installed in my RV and it works fine except when the feces are exceptionally hard. It has failed twice in one year under these circumstances. When I opened it up, one of the discharge ports was propped open do to seeds lodged in it. According to Whale it should have worked anyway, but I could see no other other reason for the failure. Whale customer service was excellent, however.
