I don’t usually land reviews but this company has EXCELLENT customer service/tech support!! They deserve a good review :)The 1st pc that arrived was constantly restarting itself in the middle of tasks and projects for no apparent reason. I reached out to tech support and did a couple of the walk-thrus they sent to me, but at one point I simply told them that I am done doing troubleshooting and just need a working computer for my business. They didn’t hesitate to arrange the return of the pc and sent me a new one. There are ZERO issues with the 2nd one they sent!! It’s a great computer! I can game in high definition without any issues, and more! I appreciate this company and all the help, kindness and patience they had with me when I was frustrated. Highly recommend them. :)

Good performance but download speeds were slow. I have Spectrum gigabyte service, but this PC would start downloads around 300 Mbps and diminish to half that. I got an Amazon Basics Aluminum USB-C to RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet Adapter, plugged it into the USB C port and now have full download speed. The "gaming lights" come on intermittently after 6 months of use.

I thought this mini pc would be a good starter pc but boy was i wrong! The pc would not connect to my monitor (yes i checked if it was compatible and it was) and it finally connected after 4 hours of attempting, the seemingly simple setup was actually pretty hard because the most important part is that you have to connect to the monitor and this product didn’t connect easily…I probably should’ve just returned it at the start but after i finally got the stupid thing to connect to the monitor i just wanted to play my steam games…then my next problem arose, the nivida control panel was missing the display settings!! and i tried all of the trouble shooting tips but nothing worked!….at this point i’m pissed off with the dang thing but this thing decided to just stop booting up completely for no reason!?! and don’t even bother with the tech support team because all they will do is continue to ask you questions about what you are experiencing when you have started your first four emails with the exact details of the entire problem and everything i have tried to attempt to troubleshoot the issue and they had the audacity to try and push the blame on my monitor that connected to every other device i own with no issues whatsoever! i would probably have let it go but not since they took a whole week before responding and then they just stopped responding for like two weeks straight!!! i am so pissed off with this product and i will never be recommending this brand ever! not even to my worst enemy

Even when running demanding games or tasks, this mini gaming PC stays surprisingly quiet. It’s perfect for late-night gaming sessions without disturbing anyone.

The 2-year warranty is a fantastic addition, especially for a gaming PC. It gives me peace of mind knowing that I’m covered for any potential issues in the long term.

First impressions are subpar. The specs are descent but I didn't spend a whole lot of time on research to see if this was the best deal. I had some issues getting into the bios ( no information about this manufacturer on the internet) but F2 did the trick for me. So far it seems like a useable product and have no long term experience yet. Fingers crossed but so far so good.

I love this computer. It is compact and holds everything I need it too. I really like the multi color flashing lights. If you don’t like the lights they can be turned off.
