Nice product and very easy to use, wash and store. Made rolling out a very large piece of fondant much easier.There were cheaper pastry matt's but after reading the reviews I went for this one. Thank you for your prompt delivery.

I love my silicon mats for working with fondant / sugarpaste. This one in particular is my favourite because it's large enough to roll out fondant for larger cakes, & I love the measurements on the mat that act as a guide for how big to roll out my fondant to. A must buy for every baker out there.

Works well

This is a great mat, I use a bit of vegetable lard (trex) to prime it before each use and I never need icing sugar for rolling out fondant or flour for cookie dough. I use my cookie cutters on them too. Easy to wash. I've had mine 2 years now. Tip, after rolling out fondant, grab the whole mat and flip it over your cake, the fondant stays attached to the mat, you then just peel the mat off. So easy to use! I would love an even bigger one for rolling out fondant for large cakes (+14") , a square mat based on the current lengthwould be perfect.

I am learning to cook Chinese 'dim sum' and I have found this is an excellent product; I have recommended it to my class mates who have also purchased it and find it very good.

Came flat packed . Hope this lives up to the good reviews as purchased this instead of a less expensive one that the markings were said to rub off. Fingers crossed she likes it.
