My workout gadget
Just as expected, it has provided good instructions to use and maintain. It's been a year and still running perfectly. Sturdy and easy to handle.

Really Great
Solid, well made and great little exercise machine. Heavier than I thought it would be. Stays in place when using. I highly recommend.

Great little machine
I recently threw out my back and being immobile I needed to get some exercise as I was losing muscle mass. This does the trick. When I started I couldn't do 7 minutes now I am up to 45 minutes a day everyday. Best part is the resistance is adjustable. I twist it a little tighter ever 3-4 days. I am again walking without the use of a knee brace or cane. Still haven't figured out what the tracker is trying to tell me but hell I don't care it works. Why spend upwards of $200 for a machine that does the same for a 1/4 of the cost?

My leg exerciser
The media could not be loaded. This thing is great. I just love it. Great price fast delivery definitely worth it. I have mobility issues so I can’t walk for a long time so this is great for me. I can sit here and watch TV and exercise and take breaks.!

Unimpressive appearance, Performance even poorer
At first view, this portable bike exerciser looks like a good, inexpensive alternative. The first problem is that it wanders, big time. The manual makes several suggestions for solving this: a non-slip pad, hard floors and more. None of them worked for me. They also helpfully included a nylon strap to affix the bike to your chair. This did work, but it'd s big hassle. You lose use of that chair for anything else unless you unstrap the bike. For me, a recent knee replacement made getting on and off the bike rather difficult. The pedal force was not uniform throughout a revolution, so it felt like I was loping instead of biking. This did improve after a few minutes use.Perhaps the most disappointing aspect was that the resistance adjustment knob wouldn't stay set for more than a few seconds. If I "rode" long enough, I'd end up with no resistance whatsoever, and back to the loping feel.I waited too long to return this bike, but it's just dead metal to me.

My thoughts on this product.
First off, before buying this product I read a review saying the resistance didn’t really work and I was a bit nervous about that. I ended up deciding to buy it anyway. So far the resistance works just fine. If that changes I’ll edit this review. Another negative thing I’ve seen mentioned in reviews is about it being used on hard wood floors .....The instructions literally say you should put it on a rug. (Which, okay the instructions say this so you don’t damage your floor with the machine but still.) Personally, I’m put it on a yoga mat when I use it. It still jerks a bit and moves forward but I knew that was likely going to happen. I have yet to see how it reacts on a rug and I am planning to try that out later this week sometime. With assembly it was pretty easy to assemble and didn’t take that long at all. My only problem is that some styrofoam was like melted onto one of the pedals despite the pedals being in a bag. I admittedly bought a cheaper version of this product that had its price because of some damage marks - I’ve noticed one so far - but I wasn’t warned about the pedal being like this.
