Recommended by a family member, and also bought based on Amazon reviews.I don't feel I need a higher content of Urea right now, this tube is making a difference to my feet within the 1st week of using it.I regularly pedicure my feet, at least every 2 or 3 weeks - before using this I gave my feet a long soak in Epsom salts, used a food scrub and then applied a thick layer of this cream. Added some thin cotton socks on top bought from Amazon - good quality too, and work well overnight for a conditioning treatment.This cream has a nice slip to it - rubs in well, and quickly soaks in.I'm impressed so far - I don't have excessive dry skin/cracked heels - but aging is changing my skin texture, so I need some extra care. Good to see this brand sells other items, so I'm sure I'll stick with this. Happy and recommended.

This cream was recommended to me by my Podiatrist and its very good.The soles of my feet gets ticklish sensations and this cream eliminates all that because the cream calms the nerves in the soles of my feet.Very pleased plus it also keeps my feet nice and moist.

Very good for revitalising hard skin on the feet.
