This arrived very quickly, well packaged and undamaged.I was a little worried when inflating it as it just didn't seem to be big enough for me.Turns out, it is. I'm 5'5 and I can sit just about right on it.I ordered it for home physio use which includes some pretty heavy use of the exercise ball and I've already put it through it's paces. It has born my full weight with no problem (I'm about 8 stone) though it does appear a tad asymmetrical and does roll off if not held as a result.Ultimately fit for purpose at an affordable price.

Naught this as a birthing ball.The pump it comes with inflates the ball in about 10 minutes- a work out in itself. The ball is of really good quality, seems very strong and at a fraction of the price of many other fitness balls.I have actually started using the ball as an alternative to my office chair whilst Sat at my computer desk... it's really helped my back and with my still neck

Love my new fitness ball. It's perfect for what i use it for, a great tool to strengthen my core. Came with pump and no fuss on blowing it up. It has endured 10st worth of weight on top of it and still standing. Fantastic

the ball looks OK, but the air seems to be leaking out of it, or the rubber stretches on it during exercise and I have to inflate the ball (one of these two reasons)

This comes with a pump, which is easy to use. The ball itself is a good size and is really fun to use. It can be used just for stretching or having fun but also for working on your core muscles. The package the ball comes in has different positions to try on it and this has been very helpful.
