Bought this bench a few months ago, but have only been using it consistently for a couple of weeks. I'm kinda disappointed in my self that I didn't utilise the bench for my workouts sooner.As somewhat of a beginner who's seen a few commercial benches, this product is a bang for your buck.I use this bench for my morning workouts on my terrace, since I have to carry it outside daily, the foldablilty, compact design and lightweightedness has been a terrific.The bench itself is sturdy enough for my weight of 79kgs. The padding is a little loose and I believe if it was holstered any tighter, it'd rip due to the weight and usage (wear & tear) during the workouts.

Good Product the only complaint is that the bench cant isnt stable with much weight. But very portable and the size is good enough

Its a pretty sturdy bench which can withold weight upto 200Kgs. Not as strong as the commercial gym benches but pretty good one for home gyms as intended. Definitely recommend if ur looking for a good home gym bench. It serves the purpose very well. Also no assembly hassle. Just one PIN adjustment for the bench and good to go.

Writing the review after three months of usage. Bench has maintained its sturdiness. It is easy to assemble and disassemble . Occupies very less space when not in use. Have good levels of options in adjustability. I would surely recommend this product for beginner and intermediate level.

Absolutely love my bench 🤩 only issue is that the screw had to be adjusted each each time the position needs to changed.. that s a hassle. But the bench is big and sturdy and can easily folded to be stored away.

Not for someone who is 5.8 height or a above. Even if you are 5.7, you will still find it hard if you have longer torso.Height of the bench is not high enough and this will impact if you use this bench for incline bicep curls and even regular exercise as yoir leg position feel off and hip position feels awkwardUnder loads above 30 kgs of free weights, the bench wobbles a bit but still feels safeLeg support, again this is not useful for someone who is above 5.7 feetBuild quailty is goodOverall, if you are someone who is 5.6 feight or less, this would suit you well for workout comfort. Others, I would say, pass it on and look for something else
