Very comfy, just make sure it has time to rise up. The first night I slept on it was also the same night I unfurled it and the mattress hurt my back, but since I didn't have any other choices for sleeping at the time I stuck with it. The second night was so much more comfortable. I'm not one for firm mattresses, but this might have sold me on the concept. I wake up a little more energetic now whenever I sleep on it!I did not use any sort of support beneath it, just directly onto the floor.The only complaint I have is that it's kind of a pain to roll up and put into the storage bag. It doesn't fold in half, it just rolls the short way around and you have to work it in. It does come with straps at least that help, but it is heavy once rolled.All in all, I think this will end up being the bedding I sleep on while guests sleep in my room. :P

This mat is so lightweight and puffy! Great for enhancing an older mattress (cuts down on aches and pains) Fits easily in a car for a long trip. Beautiful, easy to use and move around and the cover helps keep it clean.

I was in the market for a futon in this price range, and this one stood out because of the included cover. I’m glad I bought it — it works for me and I like how it looks, and it is thick enough that there are no problems there (with appropriate measures taken). It folds away very neatly and is only about 12 pounds, so it’s easy to move. I haven’t tried the included bandages or carrying bag.It’s a great value if you are okay with not getting a cotton futon. I will say that you need a tatami mat if you plan to sleep on this every night, or at least you do if you don’t love the sensation of sleeping on the floor.

I got this mainly as a back up floor mattress to use in case of an extra sleeping space that could easily roll up.The what I would call faux “canvas” bag that holds it is high quality and extremely durable. It comes with two straps to wrap around it to make it a tighter roll. It also has a drawstring cord to cinch it tight at the top of the storage bag so that looks really nice.The mattress is so comfortable and thick better on carpeted floor if able but I tried on tile and that was even pretty good.There’s a zip up, machine washable beautiful cover in the identical pattern as the inside mattress pattern. It is easy to zip and unzip. Washes up great. I got a twin set of cotton sheets for this mattress as well.As you can see my very elderly (20 years old) kitty Sammy is sleeping on top of the mattress-it’s his favorite place. Which is a compliment because there’s a ton of cozy spots in our house for him to nap. He loves his mattress! So I put it on the end of the bed instead of storing it. It looks like a decorative bed item in the twin size. Plus in the winter here it feels nice almost like a weighted blanket on my feet/legs if it’s cold.This thing is high quality, thick, and soft material-not scratchy -comfortable. It is also really nice looking and looks more expensive than it is. I also have watched tv on it lying down with it on the floor.My two cats enjoy laying on it with me as well while on the floor. (Not just when it’s on top of the end of the bed.)Came very tightly shrink wrapped. This mattress is fairly heavy and durable for its size, but not so heavy that it’s cumbersome.Highly recommend and great for sleeping too. I fell asleep while watching a show and it felt so relaxing. Good peace of mind for having extra sleep space too. SO MUCH BETTER THAN AIR MATRESS! I hate air mattresses they’re so awful! Plus a pull out couch is the worse with those bars sticking in your back. This is convenience personified and so easy to store away in its bag if you prefer.There is no detectable bad smell/odor. Not even a hint of chemical smell. To me it is a neutral basic “clean” scent. I washed the cover immediately as I always wash brand new stuff of course.Highly recommended!

I really wanted to like this futon. It looked good and had good reviews. My experience was not good. The mattress is marketed as being 4" thick when fully expanded. Even at its greatest loft, it was barely 2". When I opened it, the mattress had a mystery stain on one side. I flipped it over and tried to lay on it. I don't know if it was because of how it was folded or if it was just a defect, but the memory foam or mat inside had a bump in the middle that made it feel like you were laying on a speed bump with the height being all the way up and down your spine. It was a really bad experience. No matter how I tried to work the bump out or flip the mattress, it was lumpy either way. I need a firm mattress with enough padding that it takes out the pressure points that are created by the floor. This just added to them. It was nice looking except the mystery stain. The accessories were very cheap and it didn't roll up well. Not happy with it at all and it is unusable. Returning it for a refund.

I ordered 2 and one was in good shape the other was pretty balled up. I assume when washed that might be the end of it. But I will use them for the summer for my grandloves and it will probably be like the towels we keep as rags lol. I love the material, it is soft and was hopeful. I bought them to put on sleeping pads I have which I have had for 15 yrs from Sam's club. Wish products were made like back in the day.

Great Buy! Was better then expected,colors vibrant ,and qulity is real good.Affordable and comfortable easy set up and easy place away for extra room space.was better then other csompetetors on amazon this was a great buy since were on a budget and have a small living space studio.

No complaints I love this. It helps me laying on my hardwood floors, really cushions me.
