Looks good, very durable and strongly built. I use it for my laundry room/garage door entry. Sometimes your hands are full and just need to bump it open. Closes softly. It’s Korean and very interestingly assembled.

The media could not be loaded. The good: I love the look, sturdiness, weight and finish of this push/pull handle. It was actually fairly easy to install with only a Phillips screw driver.The bad: It is supposed to lock and it actually does lock! The issue is that you then cannot unlock it from the inside. Someone from outside must unlock it for you using the included emergency pin.Also, even though the inside handle has access on both sides for the locking handle, you can only install it on one side as the other side is obsolete. You can view the video I uploaded to see what I'm talking about.I demonstrate without the handle first, then I show how it half-works with the handle. Does anyone have a solution for this?

I've had it for about 3 weeks now:I was looking for an outdoor door handle that doesn't lock, since I have an automatic lock already in place. Surprisingly, there aren't a lot of choices out there considering the technology available. Anyway, I was skeptical of using this door handle since it said it was for inside use, but one of the other reviewers in the same boat had already taken the chance and liked it, so I took the chance and I'm so glad I did. The ease of opening and closing the door is a game changer. Once you have it, you don't even think about it how easy it's made your life, until you have to use a normal one and then wonder how you ever lived without it. I can now have my arms full of stuff and as long as I can touch my thumb to the scanner and lean on the handle, I'm in. I just have have to hook the door handle and pull slightly to open it from the inside. It's so smooth and seamless.Some people had issues with the handle not lining up correctly. I had no problem with it and have taken pictures with a tape measurer to show what I was working with.The only thing to note that I didn't think of is you'll probably have to repaint your door after it's all done, so you might want paint it when you take off the old handle, but before you put on the new one, depending on how much time you have.

I gave this product two stars because it's very elegantly made and very nice material but if you're looking for a door knob that will lock this is not for you and if you purchased it you might be tempted to give it a zero stars as I almost did. I decided not to return these locks and to use them on the pantry doors that's about all there good for. these door knobs will lock however you will definitely have to do some modification, I did and I did not want to do the other three so I will not do it again not worth modifying and without locking mechanism not worth the price

My husband and I are both handicap, and sometimes twisting a doorknob can be painful. These handles are a push to get in, and a pull to get out. No handle grabbing at all.

I was super excited to get the product after a delay presumably due to the weather. The sticker on the box looked to have been opened and resealed. Most of the pieces were missing from the box and some pieces were already put together. This leads me to believe this was a previous return and was not checked. In order to get my item quicker I tried to order a separate replacement so it could be shipping while I am resealing what I received to send back but was not allowed to do that. Very disappointed.

I love the look of this “knob” and really want to like the functionality of it, but it’s hit or miss for me. Sometimes the push/pull works smoothly and perfectly. But oftentimes it is hard and gets “stuck” and I have to wriggle it back and forth to get it work. Maybe it’s user error from the installation phase, but I don’t know how I could have installed it any differently. I even removed and reinstalled once and it’s the same. I don’t want to have to buy a different door knob but I may have to at some point.
