i love these highlighters! this is the only brand i've used thru college. the double sidedness makes them great for so many things, they don't seem to bleed thru (i have noticed slight bleed on thin paper heads up), and doesn't smudge. the colors are bright and beautiful as well

I confess, I have a marker addiction. I already had the first three 5 piece sets of Zebra Mildliners from when they were labeled in Japanese. This set is now available in English which is convenient. I love this line and continue to get every new set as it comes out. These are pretty pastel and pastel-adjacent as you would expect for highlighters, yet the colors are still rich. They have a tiny bit of bleed through in my Leuchtturm journals so lift quickly at the end of a line.

These are my favorite highlighters. I use them for color coding notes and for marking knitting patterns. I've built up my collection over a few years and my earliest pens still work like new. There is a small amount of bleed through on thin paper where the pen lifts off the page, especially with more saturated colors. If that is a major concern, I recommend the Gentle set as it has almost no bleed through at all on notebook paper.
