Love these. I got these to hold my handbag while using my mobility scooter. I'd seen them used on strollers for diaper bags. I was easily able to place these on the handles of my scooter and it holds my bag securely. my handles are like a semicircle on either side of my control panel. I make sure to keep them on the far side. When I had them closer to me, the strap slid onto my lever and when I went to stop, I couldn't. A cautionary tale but these function perfectly for my needs and are large enough and strong enough to hold more than just my handbag if needed.These are a perfect affordable gift for anyone using a stroller or a mobility scooter.
