Oximeter
I was a bit worried about whether or not this would be ok, as some of the other reviews made it sound a little sketchy. It does what it says it'll do. And I've checked it against a smart watch & an NHS oximeter. It's as accurate as the NHS one.The display is decent. You can change the orientation of the screen. It's easy to use, just press the button & pop it on your finger, wait a short while for it to settle & capture a reading. It's pretty good quality, though it's quite a bit chunkier than the one I was borrowing from the NHS. The size difference doesn't affect use.I think it's good value for money.I would say that regarding some of the reviews that say it's inaccurate, it will glitch if you're not sitting still or move your hands unnecessarily. And if you keep trying different fingers in quick succession, it will get confused. You need to put it on & give it a chance to make sure it's measuring properly. It's not like the NHS ones where the reading is immediately accurate, but that's where the compromise is - you're not paying upwards of £20-30+, so it's not going to be an immediate accurate reading. You're paying less & compromising with waiting a little for the reading.I think it's a great little bit of kit & perfect for home monitoring if you have a respiratory disease, like myself. I would definitely recommend this item.

Simple to use, peace of mind
The media could not be loaded. I was diagnosed with asthma so I thought it might be a good idea to own one of these to check my oxygen levels from time to time. I'm glad I did - it's a really simple and easy thing to use and it provides a lot of peace of mind. It's got a simple design / display and I've only had one battery in it in over 18 months so the battery life is good. It shows heart rate and oxygen levels and takes just a few seconds to update when you put it on your finger. Small enough to fit anywhere and I think owning this is great value for money.

Easy recommendation
Had this for quite a while, it's easy to use and the readings are good, haven't needed to change the batteries in months and it's a great thing to have around the house!

Oxi meter. Checks our heart beat.
It's good.Don't hold it upside down like me.My oxygen level was 66.I nearly phoned the doctor, but then realized my stupid mistake.Fainted and died. No, just kidding.99 oxygen sats are really good.

Reliable - but hands should be warm!
I have two of these oximeters - both are very reliable. Note that pulse oximeters may function intermittentently or fail to give a proper reading if your hands are cold or you have poor circulation. Warm your hands before using.

Unreliable abd give different readings. Can't be trusted
Don't waste your money. I bought these to help save my life. Different reading every time. Not reliable and scary with false readings. Should have asked for my money back
