Best tweezers ever.
Is 45 dollars for a pair of tweezers insane? Maybe. But when you have that tiny little fiberglass splinter in your hand, you begin not to care. And if I would have already had these when I got that splinter, it would have been able to remove it. Very fine very sharp very precise tweezers, more sharp and fine and precise than most needles. Fine like a brand new razor blade. These tweezers are amazing, and had the problem not solved itself by the time these showed up, they would have done the job nicely. If you're looking for good tweezers that are more affordable, check out the uncle bills sliver gripper, they're like a heavy duty pointed version of what comes with a victorinox swiss army knife, they're pretty awesome and they attach to your key ring---and they don't fall off. But keep in mind that while those uncle bills tweezers are very good, very precise, and very handy, they are not even comparable to these. These are miles ahead of any other tweezers I have ever seen, and in my opinion they are worth the high cost simply due to the quality and precision and what they are capable of.

Expensive but worth it.
Excellent, precision tool. I have already used these tweezers to remove two splinters that were stubborn holdouts. Expensive, but worth it.

Exceptional quality.
Initial cash outlay is steep. But, barring any extremes, it is extremely unlikely that I’ll ever need to buy another tweezer. I had to replace cheaper “brands” at least once a year, usually several times, at an average annual cost of $15-$20 USD. Regine- Switzerland is the true value, hands down. There is a knock-off on Amazon in similar looking packaging (no surprise there) Some mistakenly rated Regine brand based on the knock-off. True Regine brand are hand-crafted in Switzerland, from high quality hardened steel. The tips don’t bend, shift, or become distorted. The tips meet perfectly uniformly, the arms don’t twist. Very sharp precision tips, easy to stick oneself but also to remove the tiniest of slivers or hairs. Simply the best.

The BEST!!!!
These are the absolute best tweezers I've ever owned! I have others that are also very nice, but nothing even compares to these. They are super supper sharp! Perfect for black/white heads. Would not leave these around to where children might find them, they could definitely get hurt. They are so nice, they really grip the tiny eyebrow hairs and one pull does the job. They don't cut the hair in half, they pull it out by the root and its rather painless. After having used these, I will not be able to use anything else. I'm feeling very spoiled now!! It makes plucking your eyebrows a breeze!! You won't regret your purchase. For other reviewers who gave less than a 5 star review, I cannot understand the issue. IMHO, these are the best for your money, yes, 4 times more expensive than others, but well worth the investment.

Perfect Precision
Regine Splinter Switzerland tweezers make tweezing my eyebrows so much easier, gripping every time. They are sharper than other tweezers (which accounts for their precision) so move slowly so as not to poke yourself. For years I used the Tweezerman Point Tweezers. Then, I lost them and had to purchase its replacement. I found that my new Tweezermans had changed…they were not aligned straight and I struggled to try to make them work correctly. So I returned them and tried this Regine brand, based on readings of the best tweezers. They did cost $15 more than the Tweezermans, but I spent more than that trying different brands. In the long, I found tweezers that are better than Tweezermans ever were. Regines are a superior product!

Don’t spend your money on these.
Bought these hoping they would be better than ones in the store that only last a couple weeks then they start to not grab anything. I was wrong. I could have spent $7 at the store for tweezers that would have lasted longer than these. I don’t suggest spending this much money on low quality tweezers. Just go to your local convenience store.

Precision tips
Well machined, precision tips. I wish it was just a bit bigger as it slips out of my hands too easily.
