This product does help you to relax and fall asleep it works. Problem is you don’t stay asleep and if you have overactive bladder issues, this will aggravate the problem. Also beware you can’t return.

Good quality supplement. I take 2 x 20 min before bed. Helps me relax and I sleep all through the night. I see a difference when I forget to take it. I wake up at least once in the middle of the night. highly recommend
