The bands provide good resistance. The problem is they were not as durable as I hoped. They broke a few times, but I was able to contact the seller and obtain replacement bands. Once the bands broke again, I contacted the seller and they provided me with an entire new set, free of charge. The bar itself and grips are also of good quality.So, overall, I like the bands, but the durability was questionable. The seller, however, made up for that by replacing the bands and providing a free set, so the customer service did make up for some deficiencies. My hope is that these bands last. So far, so good, but time will tell.It's worth taking a shot with this equipment, given the price, and the customer service is reaponsive enough to make it right. Try this product.

This is probably the best way to do squats at home without barbells. Compared to other products, the resistance bands are not too long so will give enough resistance.

By itself, this product it ok. It is hard to get good tension at the bottom of the squat even with the adjustment straps at their shortest. Maybe the bands should be shorter.On the other hand, the squat bar with the adjustment straps is a godsend when used on my bowflex exceed. I got a gym quality squat workout. Because the straps are so versatile, you can adjust them to put the bar into perfect position for: squat, bench, rows, military press.Great value compared to buying just the straps from bowflex. I can still throw this into my suitcase and travel with it as well.

you can use this thing is so many ways omg i love it. im 6 foot. i can see how being short could be an issue with this. You'd probably just need smaller resistance bands or use more bands.Im just hoping the bands dont break and whip me in the face or back lol. Then we got a problem!

I am 73 years old and I have been a body builder since I was 15. My last bodybuilding competition was when I was 58. I have been working out with the rubber bands for a light workout. I got this system about a month ago and couldn’t be happier. I get a workout similar to free weights. Love it!

I was expecting a thin bar but it is pretty beefy, entire bar is foam covered which is nice. Cords and carabiners seem like good quality also, for the price it is hard to beat.

Worth what I paid for it, I use it everyday twice a day.
