I absolutely love PE Science and the formula they are using in their products! Ive been using this product as an added supplement to my daily workout and it's been helping with my digestion. It's easily mixable, tastes great, and effective.

Has a lot of potential. However, the powder itself does not dissolve well, it sinks to the bottom. When yu attempt to mix, it tastes very gritty. If that can be fixed, it would be a great product! I was disappointed i can't drink it.

The main reason I got this was because it has L-Glutamine and probiotics/prebiotics. The product does come with a measurement scoop which made it easy to use the correct amount. The powder itself is suppose to be unflavored. However, adding it to juices did alter the flavor for me significantly enough that I wouldn't try it again or recommend it that way. When mixed in coffee, it was easier for me to drink. The powder itself also doesn't mix very well so can be felt when drinking. I do like this product for what it provides. However, I wish it was easier to mix and even less taste.

This has helped my gut so much! I have never been so regular, along with barely ever having to deal with bloating anymore!!! Highly recommend.
