Does the sparco on the wheel come in white or yellow? I seen yellow in other pics.

The Sparco logo is in White. Yellow was an older style that is no longer available.

Does the steering wheel come with the bolts?

No, I had to buy the bolts that attach the steering wheel to the hub separately. NRG Innovations SWS-100BK Steering Wheel Screw Kit

Can this fit nrg innovations srk-250cf quick release kit ?

The Sparco and NRG 6 bolt pattern is the same so yes, as long as the NRG parts has the 6 hole pattern. There are a few NRG parts made with just 5 holes which will not work.
