It works for me!
Not only does it help me get to sleep which as an insomniac is the worst part, Im able to stay asleep and go back to sleep if I do wake too early. No more nights of just 3-4 hours sleep! I get a full 8 hours! Might not work for everyone but it certainly works for me and I am very grateful.

Effective product
The produce works well and is helping me get more rest.The only issue is that the lemon flavor is ver strong, reminds me of Pledge furniture cleaner.

Tastes terrible!
While this product seems to work pretty well for inducing sleep, it is cloyingly sweet! I can barely get past this awful taste and wish I could get a refund. Why can’t the company provide capsules? And I noticed I’m not the only one with this complaint.

Not great for people who have trouble shutting their mind down.
I’ve always struggled with getting up at 3 or 4 in the morning. I was hoping this would be the fix, but nope. If you go to bed with something on your mind, this won’t help. On normal nights, it seemed like I slept well with Dreem. But I really wanted help for busy or stressful days when I really needed the sleep, and this didn’t do the trick unfortunately.
