What does Amino Complete do for you? One review said he put on weight with it. That is not what i want

There's air, water and protein. If you drained the body of water whats left is 75% amino acids. Vitamins and minerals are only about 5-10% of our structure. I recommend platinum plus amino acids sold here.

I started taking these to help combat muscle fatigue. I work in hotel housekeeping and typically put in nine hour shifts, constantly bending, lifting, pushing, and stretching. I've worked jobs that are worse on my body, but I know if I don't take care of myself I'll end up in the ground.I've taken a full bottle of this product over the course of a month, in the morning with a decent breakfast, and noticed that I'm not as sore when I go home. I stopped for a few days and the night time soreness is back. (I'm also taking potassium at night and a hydration replacer as I work. dehydration is a source of muscle fatigue too!)This is the first amino acid supplement I've tried and I'm going to try a few others before I circle back to this but, for the price this does what it needs to for me.
