This cable is flat and has a thick blue braided pattern that feels well made but not like a regular Ethernet cable that has the external plastic sleeve. It can be rolled out to connect devices or rolled up by hand when your work is done.This cable really surprised me when I rolled it out the first time. This cable was flat and I did not get my feet tangled when I had to walk over it.All I had to do was open the wrapping from the factory, unroll it then connect one end to my router then connect the other end to my laptop Ethernet port and it was connected. This joint is super long! Works perfectly fine! Helps when the kids are hogging the WiFi and I need to get work done! Great purchase! No speed issues! Easy to connect! And my door closed on the thick cable and it still worked fine.

Gets the job done. Had this for about a year but the LAN connection has been pretty stable for my PS5. However, every once in a while there are hiccups and it disconnects and reconnects with my console but that could be how I've set it up. The durability and flexibility is good in quality, no tears or punctures since opening up from the package.
