This is my first 3d printer. It was simple to set up and I was printing almost immediately. I have had good prints and bad but it has been fun.

I got this printer about 6 months ago and it was fantastic at first but after every print I had more and more fails and relies the screen was fading and thought since I bought the warranty just to be safe to get a new one. I was told that my only option is to return and repurchase a new printer but I tried to get a replacement screen instead but was continually told that i had to ship it back and reorder a whole new printer 🤦 if you don’t want a printer that will stop working and have to buy replacement parts yourself I recommend getting a different printer 😑

I didnt read about the product i just picked one and it turned out to be the kind that uses resin instead of filiment...

Well the printer was setup and running within 30min had my first print done thirty minutes later worked fine had no problems. But I returned it and bought the longer 30 because it had a better resolution at2k had I read the difference in the two I would have just bought the longer 30. Its for beginners great machine the only thing I wish it had is a solid top that you didn't have to put together. Will recommend

We tried and tried to print our own items, but this unit would only print the samples that came on the flash drive. Error after error when we attempted to print anything else with their software and support. Try another brand. This unit is a no go

Easy to use. Have printed alot of stuff with this! Definitely recommend!

Only accepts the USB that came with it. you can not add files to the USB so your stuck with 4 models to choose from. No customer service at all.
