Q: how big are the capsules

I posted a picture of the pills, check the review page. They are extremely small and easy to swallow, smaller than a macaroni. I struggle with ALL pills but these aren't even detectable by my gag reflex. No worries, give them a try!

Q: K-2 mk-4 and k-2 mk-7 what are these made from?

The MK-4 is derived from sunflower oil and the MK-7 is derived from soy. Thank you for your question.

Q: Question for seller/manufacturer: Is the D3 sourced from lichen (vegan) or lanolin (sheep)?

The label says 1 Vegetarian capsule. Vitamin D (as cholecalciferols). So I don’t think it’s sheep. Also label says 60 vegetarian capsules, but I don’t see a vegan symbol & it doesn’t specify vegan. So perhaps manufacturer can get more specific. It works great though. I feel better & it’s reflected in my improved labs as well.

It works!

My labs came back and it showed that I was vitamin D deficient. I started taking this product and now my levels are normal. Clean ingredients. One tiny pill a day that's super easy to swallow. No smell. A VERY faint taste of black pepper. No stomach upset/irritation. Effective and Great value for money. I do recommend!

First off always make sure you go to the doctor and get a Vitamin D level count before taking any medication for it. I went to the doctor and told mine was low so I went online and researched different Vitamins and I like what Peak Performance Advanced Vitamin D 500 + all three typed of Vitamin K had to offer. I am not gonna list all the ingredients here you can go in their site and see that. What I can tell you is that I like that the capsules are small and easy to swallow, they do have very good ingredients from what I have read and where they have 5000 IU and the 3 types of Vitamin K my body can absorb it much better and all I need is to take one instead of 4 and 5 during the day. I have had no upset stomach or any side affects with all the other medicines I take. I also love the fact that this product donates money to help children who have Vitamin deficiencies to be able to receive the vitamins that their bodies need. They do this from my understanding with all their products.

Does exactly what I need it to do

I fall into the category of 80% of adults in this country are deficient in Vitamin D. I have been taking this brand for a while and before I was using it, my numbers were low. After I started using the 2000IU version, my numbers started going up. So, long story short, this works. I upgraded to the 5000IU because I want even more daily, without having to take more tablets. A win-win.
