I haven’t used this but I imagine that the customer who expressed in their review experiencing stomach pain was likely sensitive to erythritol, an alcohol sugar that can cause issues for some.

Love the drink taste so good

I’ll start by saying I’ve drank tons of traditional kava, instant kava, and kava extracts.These are great tasting for kava (except the coconut, it’s terrible imo lol). Lemonade is my favorite one by far. People shouldn’t expect it to taste “good” just like alcohol never tastes good, only terrible or tolerable.The effects are pretty good. Takes me 2-3 can in short succession to feel it, but that’s normal.The price is unreasonable. Kava is expensive, of course. But this is beyond even that. Even buying 24 at a time, they’re still $5/can. I think they should be closer to $3.50/can if you’re buying that many. I know they’re probably not cheap to make, but they’re also not that expensive. There are other competitors starting to make these similar drinks, so I think it would behoove Mitra-9 to get the price down a little bit before that happens. Leilo brand has a higher dose of extract and it’s $50 for 12 cans instead of nearly $70 for these Mitra-9s. I do like the lemonade Mitra-9 the most out of any flavor from either brand though to be fair.As it stands right now, I can’t justify buying more when I can get a few months worth of instant kava powder for the price of one case of this that’ll last a week tops. I prefer the taste of these, but at the end of the day I’m not drinking kava for the taste. If they came down in price enough, I would probably switch to these as my day to day kava drink.Either way, definitely worth trying out the sampler, but not something to get regularly.

My boyfriend told me about these seltzers and how they help you to relax and calm the body. We sometimes have trouble sleeping and have tried taking melatonin but it does not help. We started to drink these Mitra9 kava seltzers (have tried other brands but don't like the taste of them) at night and they work amazing!! I would 100% recommend to anyone who has trouble sleeping and calming their mind! I have tried all the flavors but the orange dreamsicle is my favorite

My wife bought these for me because she knows I like Kava. I had never heard of a kava beverage before (besides tea). This stuff was good! Coconut was the best flavor imo. There is a little bit of Kava taste but personally I like that and it’s part of the reason I drink Kava tea. I wish it was a bit cheaper, but at this price I will continue to purchase on special occasions!
