That chair has no padding. It is uncomfortable. You cannot use the massage part of it because it hurts. It left bruises on my back. It is very hard to move. You literally have to get up lifted to move it. You can’t just scoot it when you lay it back you laid all the way back. Your legs don’t like comfortable. They’re uncomfortable as hell. I can’t even lay there to watch TV.

This chair is very nice. The only problem was the Bluetooth. I read reviews and it was very helpful. The Bluetooth is tucked in underneath the chair where the red and black cords are in the little zipper pocket

Overall quite comfortable chair. Did wish it can be adjustable in the height. It was easy assembly. Looks beautiful. Odd thing is the bluetooth, all you have to do is plug in the USB that random wire that in the back. Thing it asking for you to connect to the bluetooth device. Poor explaining that. Beside thag it sturdy. Fit myself being at 6'0 and built like a linebacker. So good size.

It's an alright chair for what it is.Couple things here. The height adjustment is very miniscule like maybe 4 inches. Secondly the message feature is a wild exaggeration, it is more like putting your phone on vibrate and then tapping it to your back.Which I could live with if they had not put large hard ball anomalies throughout the chair, this is what my main gripe is. For a chair steering for relaxation while gaming this feels like more of a torture device as these nuggets from hell dig into my body while using it to the point I actually have to stand and play.

I'm 6' 4". The neck pillow sits at about my mid back. There is no Bluetooth. No adjustable hight for anything. Instructions are simple. All in all not worth the money.

The chair is comfortable and nice, but there’s no way to connect to Bluetooth. For $300, one of the features to be missing is really upsetting. There’s also absolutely zero information on how to connect to it. Don’t waste your money.Update: we opened the back of the chair to see where the wires go and it doesn’t seem like they connect to any power source?? Definitely seems wrong.

The foot rest handle is backwards, but a good little chair for my back!

SO IF YOU RETURN THIS CHAIR. THE SELLER/AMAZON DOESN'T PAY FOR RETURN LABEL. THE COST TO RETURN WAS $187.00 AND THE WEIGHT IS 50+ POUNDS. THE CHAIR WAS NOT WORTH THE COST. IT'S VERY STIFF, UNCOMFORTABLE, AND SITS EXTREMELY LOW WITHOUT ANY OPTION TO RAISE THE CHAIR.
